We also prepare our hickory smoked sausage using old-fashioned methods. Of course, we use high quality certified pork that's full of lean, and we add the perfect seasoning ingredients to create this mouth-watering treat. Our sausage is smoked in a smoked in a cloth bag over smoldering hickory.
